Is an online request a confirmed appointment?+
Not immediately. Choose your preferred date and arrival window online, and our office will contact you to confirm availability. The appointment is confirmed only after you hear from LoneStar.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?+
Same-day appointments are available when the schedule and technician routing allow. Booking early gives our office the best chance to offer a same-day window.
Will I know the price before the repair?+
Yes. The technician first diagnoses the equipment, explains what was found and provides the repair price before authorized work begins.
What warranty comes with a repair?+
Qualifying repairs include parts and labor coverage. Standard coverage is six months on installed parts and 90 days on labor. Sealed-system repairs include one year of parts and labor coverage. Your invoice will identify the coverage that applies to your repair.
Do you install customer-supplied parts?+
We may install a customer-supplied part after reviewing the job. The supplied part is not covered by LoneStar, and qualifying installation labor carries a 30-day labor warranty.
Are you authorized by the appliance manufacturers?+
LoneStar is an independent, out-of-warranty service company. Our technicians receive manufacturer-provided training, but we do not perform manufacturer-warranty work and do not claim authorization or affiliation with the brands shown on this website.
Which appliances and brands do you repair?+
We service refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers and other major home appliances. Our premium focus includes Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Monogram and Bosch, along with major household brands.
Do you repair commercial equipment?+
Yes. We service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in refrigeration, refrigerated prep tables and commercial ice machines for restaurants and other businesses.
What areas do you serve?+
Our core coverage includes Dallas, the Park Cities, Richardson, Lake Highlands, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Allen, McKinney, Rockwall and Heath. Premium high-end appliance requests may also be available in Southlake and Westlake, subject to routing.
What should I have ready when booking?+
Please provide your full service address, appliance type, brand, symptoms and preferred appointment window. A model number and photos are helpful when available, but they are not required to submit a request.
